FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


HOW DO I BOOK AND SECURE MY DATES

After deciding you would like to go ahead and book, you would send a £50 deposit via bank transfer. This secures the dates, and counts as a damage bond. This money is returned on the day of your departure if everything is OK with the caravan.

Dates are NOT secured until a deposit has been received.


CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?

Of course you can! Upon booking you will receive an invoice, every time you make a payment this will be updated and sent back. You can pay as much as you want, when you want as long as the full balance has been paid 6 weeks before your holiday.


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included!

Toilet & kitchen rolls, tea towel, pots and pans, tea coffee sugar and cleaning supplies. A travel cot can be hired for the duration of your stay for £10.

Bed linen can be provided and made up for your arrival for £7 per bed.


CAN I BRING ALONG MY DOG?

YES! All caravans are pet friendly!

All dogs must be well behaved, toilet trained, kept on leads where necessary and discouraged from lying on sofas and beds.


CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES

Charging Electric Vehicles on the caravan park is STRICTLY PROHIBITED

if you are found to be charging your vehicle, you will be asked to leave the site and charged accordingly. 


HOW DO I FIND MY CARAVAN?

The morning of your holiday I will be in touch with the site address, map, caravan number and key safe code.

Check in is 2pm

Check out is 10am
